MICHELIN FITTING CAMPAIGN PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ROI
- The Michelin 'Fitting Campaign Promotion' (the 'Promotion') is open to all retail consumers who are ROI residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the creation and administration of this promotion.
- By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a rebate to anyone in breach of these terms.
- Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry our identity checks and to validate your claim.
- There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase one or two Michelin tyres listed in Section 5 in one transaction between 1st March 2025 and 30th April 2025, which must be fitted to a motorcycle by that same dealer. A copy of a purchase invoice required. Cashback values are as follows when purchasing.
- A single rear Michelin tyre €18;
- Two rear Michelin tyres €35;
- A single front Michelin tyre €12;
- Two front Michelin tyres €22 and;
- A front and a rear Michelin tyre €35;
- The promotion will issue a €35 Michelin rebate, on the purchase of a pair of eligible Tyres from a participating dealer which must be fitted to a motorcycle by that same dealer. Eligible tyres include. MICHELIN Anakee Adventure, MICHELIN Anakee Road, MICHELIN Commander III Cruiser, MICHELIN Commander III Touring, MICHELIN Power 6, MICHELIN Power GP2, MICHELIN Road 6, MICHELIN Road 6 GT, MICHELIN Scorcher 21, MICHELIN Scorcher Adventure, MICHELIN Scorcher Sport, MICHELIN Power Cup 2. Online tyre purchases are not eligible for this promotion.
- Promotion only available at participating tyre dealers. A list of the participating dealers can be found at https://www.michelin.co.uk/promotions-michelin. If claimants are in doubt please ask your tyre dealer in advance if your purchase will qualify for this promotion.
- Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight on 31st May 2025.
- Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at offer.michelin.co.uk/2w-sping2025-roi and must be accompanied by with an uploaded, clear, and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased and registration. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. An on-screen confirmation is provided upon successful submission of the claim. Claimants must also supply their full name, and email address or contact telephone number and these details will be used by the Promoter only in accordance with Michelin Tyre Plc Data Protection and Privacy Policies which can be found online on the claims portal.
- Only one claim per motorcycle is permitted. Entry into this promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
- Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate, and where necessary, dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In such circumstances, payment to the Claimant's bank account may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied that the claim is legitimate. In order to satisfy itself that the claim is legitimate the Promoter shall review the claim information including but not limited to the claimant's name, email address, physical address, vehicle registration number, IP location, and any other information deemed necessary by the Promoter to ascertain that the Claimant is complying with these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final.
- All personal data collected for the administration of this promotion shall not be retained by the promoter and will be destroyed securely following the closing date of the promotion.
- We will endeavour to process your claim as quickly as possible but please allow 3 working days to process your claim and up to 60 working days for payment to be authorised and confirmed, and depending on your bank, for the monies to arrive in your account.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
- The promoter excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participants arising from his or her entry into the promotion.
- These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in, If you are a consumer, we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

WIN BACK THE COST OF YOUR TYRES' COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS UK and ROI
- This competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter and its group affiliated companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this competition.
- A purchase is necessary. Only one entry per vehicle is permitted and all entries must be made on the original entry form. Entry forms that are incomplete, illegible or photocopied will not be accepted.
- The prize is to win back the full cost of your tyre purchase for up to two tyres. The opening date for entries is 12:00am on 1st March 2025. The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 31st May 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- By submitting a competition entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
- Claim on the 'Fitting Campaign Promotion' and opt-in to receive marketing materials from Michelin to be entered into a competition to win back the cost of your tyre purchase (up to two tyres).
- To enter the competition: (1) purchase up to two Michelin tyres and (2) submit a valid claim at offer.michelin.co.uk/2wh-spring2025-uk or offer.michelin.co.uk/2wh-spring2025-roi for members of the Republic of Ireland and (3) consent to the marketing opt-in at the point of making the claim. All three steps must be completed in order to make a valid entry to the competition. If you consent to the marketing opt-in afterwards or separately to making the claim, the entry will not be valid.
- The competition entries will be randomly selected by PHL and the winner will be selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected week commencing 2nd June 2025 and the winner will be notified by email.
- The prize must be redeemed by 31st May 2025. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in competition entries. Entrants agree that the Promoter may make entries available on its website and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. Entrants grant the Promoter a licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish and copy the competition entry for such purposes (together with any other actions the Promoter thinks appropriate).
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this competition may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. For further details, please refer to the privacy notice set out below.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants' statutory rights are not affected.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this competition where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision is final.
- These terms are governed by English law.
