COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (UK)

1. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter and its group affiliated companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this competition.
2. The prize is to win back the full cost of your tyre purchase (this is for up to five tyres). There will be one winner selected at random each month from March to December 2025. The opening date for entries is the first day of the month, and the closing date for entries is the last day of every month. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. There will be a winner selected approximately three working days after the closing date of every month. To be eligible, your purchase date needs to be from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025. The winner will be selected each month as follows:
   • 1st January-31st March 2025 – Prize drawn Thursday 3rd April 2025
   • 1st – 30th April 2025 – Prize drawn Tuesday 6th May 2025
   • 1st -31st May 2025 – Prize drawn Tuesday 3rd June 2025
   • 1st -30th June 2025 – Prize drawn Thursday 3rd July 2025
   • 1st – 31st July 2025 -Prize drawn Tuesday 5th August 2025
   • 1st -30th August 2025 – Prize drawn Wednesday 3rd September 2025
   • 1st – 30th September 2025 – Prize drawn Friday 3rd October 2025
   • 1st – 31st October 2025 – Prize drawn Wednesday 5th November 2025
   • 1st – 30th November 2025 – Prize drawn 3rd December 2025
   • 1st – 31st December 2025 – Prize drawn Tuesday 6th January 2026
3. By submitting a competition entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
4. To enter the competition: purchase up to 5 Michelin tyres and submit a valid claim at offer.michelin.co.uk/wb4w Both steps must be completed in order to make a valid entry to the competition. To receive an additional entry for the competition, consent to the marketing opt-in at the point of making the claim. If you consent to the marketing opt-in afterwards or separately to making the claim, the second entry will not be valid.
5. The competition entries will be judged by a random selection and the winner will be selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected and notified within 7 working days after the closing date.
6. The prize must be redeemed by the seventh day from notification. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in competition entries. Entrants agree that the Promoter may make entries available on its website and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. Entrants grant the Promoter a licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish and copy the competition entry for such purposes (together with any other actions the Promoter thinks appropriate).
8. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
10. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. For further details, please refer to the privacy notice set out below.
11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this competition where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter’s decision is final.
13. These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

General - Michelin Tyre plc (“Michelin”) acts as a Data Controller. You can contact Michelin’s data protection officer by emailing legal.general@michelin.com. You can request access to your data, update any inaccurate or incomplete data, object to the processing of your data, request the deletion or removal of personal data and restrict the processing of your personal data. The Promoter will process claimants’ data based on these terms and conditions. The Promoter will only retain claimants’ information for 3 months after the end of the Competition. If you are not happy with how we deal with your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO. Competition - personal data collected for the purpose of administering the competition is being collected directly by the PHL Group on Michelin’s behalf as a Data Processor. Such data processing is being carried out solely to administer the competition prize or arrange your bank transfer and to verify the information provided. The Promoter will process claimants’ data based on the Competition’s terms and conditions. The Promoter will only retain claimants’ information for 3 months after the end of the Competition.

Marketing - if you select to receive marketing, personal data collected for marketing purposes is being collected by the PHL Group for and on behalf of Michelin. Michelin will use your consent as the legal basis for collecting your information as requested for marketing purposes. Michelin will generally retain your information until you choose to unsubscribe. However, if we have not heard from you for a while or notice that you have not opened our emails etc. in a period of 36 months, we will remove your details from our database. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at legal.general@michelin.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
