Camskill Michelin Summer 2025 Promotion Terms and Conditions

The 'Summer 2025 BACS Promotion' (the 'Promotion') is open to all consumers who are residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except Michelin Tyre PLC's (the 'Promoter') employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion, or trade customers including Camskill employees. This offer is open to retail customers only for private use (excludes company vehicle drivers).
By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out eligibility checks and to validate your claim.
There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two or more MICHELIN car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction for a single vehicle between 1st May and 30th June 2025.
The Promotion will issue via bank transfer (BACS) a cashback reward to the value of £12 for two or £30 for four 16” and 17” MICHELIN car, van or 4x4 tyres purchased, £24 for two or £60 for four 18” and above MICHELIN car, van or 4x4 tyres purchased. For purchasers of 2 or more 19 and above Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres, an additional BACS reward value of £20 can be earned when signing up to receive Michelin emails and news at https://offer.michelin.co.uk/Camskill-May2025. This sign-up must be undertaken when making the promotional claim by ticking the relevant opt-in box. Any sign-ups to the Michelin emails and news after the promotional claim is completed will not qualify for this additional BACS reward offer. See Michelin's privacy notice on sign-up for further details. BACS reward payments will be processed within 28 days from receipt of claim. Tyres purchased in 15” or below are not eligible for BACS rewards under this promotion

Claims must be made on an official claim form by the tyre purchaser, completed online at https://offer.michelin.co.uk/Camskill-May2025 and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. An on-screen confirmation is provided upon successful submission of the claim.
Only one claim per vehicle. Entry into this Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate, and where necessary, dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In such circumstances, the issue of the cashback reward may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied that the claim is legitimate. In order to satisfy itself that the claim is legitimate the Promoter shall review the claim information including but not limited to the claimant's name, email address, physical address, vehicle registration number, IP location, and any other information deemed necessary by the Promoter to ascertain that the Claimant is complying with these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final.
No cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
